Graduating as part of the Class of 1971, Archbishop Palmer-Buckle’s calling was nurtured early within the halls of POJOSS. Academic & Spiritual Formation
After POJOSS, he pursued higher studies in philosophy and theology at the Pontifical Urban University in Rome, where he earned his degrees with distinction. He was ordained into the priesthood in 1983. Not one to rest on his laurels, he went on to obtain a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Salesian University, becoming one of Ghana’s most well-educated clergy.
