When you mention the name Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, it immediately brings to mind eloquence, intellect, and youthful leadership. But long before the cameras, press briefings, and parliamentary debates, Kojo was just another ambitious young man walking the red-and-blue-lined paths of Pope John Senior High School and Minor Seminary.

From the Classrooms of POJOSS to the World Stage
During his time at POJOSS, Kojo was known for his curiosity, sharp intellect, and calm demeanor — traits that have become his signature in public life. After completing his secondary education, he went on to study at the University of Cape Coast, University of Ghana Business School, and later the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he earned a degree in law.
He also holds an MBA in Marketing and has worked in various capacities across finance, law, and media.
A Voice in Media, A Leader in Politics
Before stepping into politics, Kojo made his name as a respected broadcast journalist, becoming the host of Joy FM’s Super Morning Show, where he won the hearts of many with his balanced, insightful conversations and professional delivery. He brought depth to national issues and became a household name across Ghana.
In 2016, Kojo made the bold leap into politics, winning the seat as Member of Parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi on his first attempt. He has since served as the Minister for Information, and more recently, has taken on additional responsibilities in Finance and Economic Affairs within the government.
